After getting a flat I stopped to get it repaired. Took many photos of the tire condition which had multiple bad repairs which caused it to go flat. Also tire was not safe. While having it repaired I sent all photos to company which said they had to send to boss to try and get me the cost of repair. Never heard back about this until weeks later when was returning. They refused to refund me the cost of repairing their tire which had multiple bad repairs in it when I got the car. Refused to do what was right for the customer and gave us a car with very bad and un safe tires. They refuse to give me the exact dates of when they took and refunded my security deposit. I have rented 3 times for large amounts of time. I will never rent a car from them again. A little money back for fixing their tire would have resulted in having a lifetime customer. Now they have lost that and I hope no one else rents from them either. The staff when renting and getting the car was very nice. Its the boss who needs to learn how to treat their customer and keep their cars safe. --------- After reading my review company did respond and pay for the tire repair. Changed rating from 1 star to 3. Not 5 stars because should not have had to take this route for them to do the right thing in the first place, but they did in the end due to my review. Said did not to begin with because I had car for 11 days already. But I sent multiple pictures of car showing multiple bad fixes and cracks clearly not due to me. satified with the outcome but sad took so much effort.

Solicité reservar un carro desde el 18 de Septiembre para hoy Octubre 2 con el fin de hacer un viaje con mi familia el fin de semana, y cuando escribo en la mañana a confirmar la reserva para ir a retirar el carro en la tarde.. me dicen que ya no hay disponibilidad de vehículos, me parece mucha falta de seriedad y un disgusto completo, ahora debo a última hora ponerme a buscar otra empresa para alquilar.

Muy malo, se reservo un carro con 15 días de anticipación y cuando llega el día del alquiler dicen que no tienen carros disponible que van a mirar .... Es decir es una perdida de tiempo hacer una reserva con ellos porque aunque te pidan cédula y licencia nunca hacen la reserva efectiva, afortunadamente no se paga por adelantado porque de lo contrario hubiese mos perdido el dinero probablemente porque casi que no responden.
