Dream Desire

This car company preys on tourism and foreigners! Do not rent from here, They will charge you more for no reason and not even mention it to you. Better to go to reputable companies like Hertz, Enterprise etc. Cars are unsafe and not road worthy. They do not even disinfect the cars and don't return your calls or emails and will Ignore you if help is needed.

I have good experiences after the rental car in Rentadora de Colombia. 5 stars for the time of pick up and drop off the car. Really quick, it took about 15 minutes, everything was checked and I could only take my car and started sightseeing. Very kind person,who served me in the front desk, also deserve for 5 stars in ranking . Great service, very good cars.

He asks you to pay in cash. Otherwise he adds a 19% fee on top of the bill. These guys are obviously shady. We called to tell them we were going to be a little late because we were going to wash the car for them but instead of telling us there were late charges, he just let us go. I could have brought the car in on time but instead paid for the car to be washed and then was charged five times the amount of the car wash (twice as much as the fee of a dirty car) for the car being late. I was going to rent a car here for 700 for a week but with all the fees they added on, it cost me over 1000. They said insurance was included but when a bus hit my parked car and scratched it, I had to pay for the damages. No fault of mine but I am stuck with the bill. At first they said it would cost one amount and then they added another 100 pesos on top of that cost. I tried to dispute this and he got angry at me. They even threatened to charge me for everyday it took before the scratch on the car was fixed. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA. Look at the 5 star reviews. They almost all have just one review. That's because they are fake -- paid for by this company. They are crooks. Stay away. IN RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE: Now they ask for the police report. They did not ask for it before. They only wanted me to pay for it. In any case, there was no police report. I was in the parked car at the time. I got out and yelled, but the bus continued to move and deliver damage to the rented vehicle and then drove away. I told this to RENTADORA, but they didn't care. They put the cost on me. I accept this, but they changed the charge. From 400 pesos to 500 pesos. At every moment, they were increasing charges and adding fees. Be careful, they may take advantage of you too!

Owner takes advantage of Americans. Do not rent from him. He made me pay to wash the car. It was due to the fact it was raining outside. Also, I returned car with same amount of gas as when I picked it up, but he charged me for gas. The car had two bald tires on the rear, steering wheel was not aligned with front wheels. BEWARE if you are American!
