Bad service at the end with some minor damages. Very slow in responding to requests and wanting to charges for damages not from us! Not able to have a proper discuasion about the charges. They came up with charges after returning the car that were not mentioned in the return protocol. Only after a long discussion and wanting to speak with the manager they didn't charge us for these.

Please never rent here! We were on winding roads overcrowed with Trucks and buses as our BREAKS doesn't work at all!!!! We almost died. This is not a joke. In the middle of nowhere there was no workshop so someone helped us with getting and installing new breaks. The company didnt okay a cent for that and never responded to E Mails again.
Car was in terrible condition, we hadn't noticed until we got on the highway and the steering wheel started shaking like crazy once we went over 80kms/hr. A tyre burst due to lack of air in the tyres, on our first day into our trip, on a highway!!! They proceeded to charge us an astronomical amount for the tyre and were incredibly rude about the entire ordeal. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!!!!
Within the first hour of leaving this establishment, our tyre burst while we we driving at high speed on a straight highway which was extremely dangerous. On return of the car, we were forced to wait for 1.5 hours while they discussed ways in which the tyre may have burst between themselves. We ended up having to pay for the burst tyre even though we were under the impression that it was insured. The most common cause for burst tyres is insufficient air. Throughout our 2 day journey, we had to stop and pump up the other tyres. The burst was clearly not our fault. In addition: At a speed of 80km/h, the steering wheel would vibrate profusely as if we were going to lose control of the car. The odometer claimed the car had only travelled 40,000kms. This had clearly been tampered with as it was an old car. All in all, poor service and would not recommend. They are cheap because they scam you.
Very bad service! Not to recommend! I rent a car for some days and when they gave it to me they did not mention that the doors would block automatically even if the key remains inside. At some time I stopped to rest and the doors blocked with the key inside. I called them and they told me to find a way to open it. So we took some wire and finally opened the car with some minor damages at the colour of the door. In the end I had to pay for the complete reparation for a damage I had to do in order to not to be obliged to sleep on the road. This could have been avoided if they just had told us about this fact. At the negotiation about the price they did not feel comprehensible at all. In my opinion very bad service!
Grand personal Service! But: Rental Place in BOG City not easy to find, plus, on Sunday it’s not regularly opened, so, you need to place plenty of phone calls... also , when returning, make sure car is washed, they may charge for it... which is totally unusual!!
