I never got my deposit back (400,-) My credit card had issues and I never got the deposit back. They refuse to understand and say it’s not their problem....... unbelievable...

Good service , nice cars , they will even bring your car to the hotel if necessary.
Sometimes it is better to not say something if you can't say anything nice.
They said that miles/km were included with the rental, however they charged my card a few days later nearly 100 USD for mileage fees. They also charged my card for a car wash. The car was ok, but the bumper fell down a bit while on the freeway. Made a huge noise and scared me.

No se por que están hablando tanto de esta empresa si yo llevo rentando mas de 4 años y me ha ido muy bien. me entregan los carros siempre muy bien inventariados y con buenos vídeos. He tenido foto multas y daños pequeños pero yo se que lo que me cobran lo he hecho. Lo que pasa es que habemos personas que no asumimos un daño o una foto multa y por eso son los comentarios. yo les regalo 5 estrellas
