Sent these guys a detailed email in English 2 days before I needed a car, mentioning that I didn't peak Spanish. They responded 1/2 day later in Spanish asking what I wanted (apparently did t read the email. Called the next day, after being hung up on 2x, I got through, but they asked if I could chat on WhatsApp because they did t speak English. I went to WhatsApp and reiterated my inquiry; no response. I wrote again saying that I had tried my hardest to work with them because they were very highly rated. I'm not sure who's giving this business the 5 star ratings.
Rented a car for two days. The price was very competitive and included insurance. It is just around the corner from the airport, walkable. The lady from the rental actually drove us to the airport after we dropped off the car and finished all the paperwork. During our rental our car broke down in the middle of the highway. After some troubleshooting the Cartagena office sent us a new car and we were on the way. Overall a very good customer care. They use WhatsApp to communicate, and that was very convenient, as our Spanish was limited, thus allowing us to use translation service . Overall - recommended.
Excelente atencion al cliente, vehiculos nuevos y bastante variedad para poder elegir, buenos precios, puntualidad en la entrega del vehiculo, cerca del aeropuerto Rafael Núñez, una buena opcion para bajarse del avión y recoger el carro de una vez, y al entregarlo, nos ahorramos el taxi hasta el aeropuerto, también se puede conseguir un buen conductor local para mejor experiencia.
Mi familia y yo nos sentimos satisfechos con el servicio prestado, que buena empresa, atienden tus requerimientos con prontitud, despejan todas tus dudas
Me fue muy bien, son personas amables, honestas, me dicen que tambien tienen oficinas en Santa Marta, de seguros los volveré a contratar.
