I rented a Renault Logan for two days and found some pros and cons in the service: Pros: The vehicle was clean and overall a recent model with a good machine. They had vehicles available even in a busy time of the year. Even though I arrived 2 hours later than our agreed hour they didn't charged me for the extra time but given the cons (see below) I think it was a nice gesture. Teresa, Javier and Sebastian were nice people all the time and willing to hear about what I have to say regarding to the car and service. Cons: Even though I was told the car was checked recently I found two main problems during my rental time: First the battery had low power and although a I most likely left the lights on accidentally at night, it was an annoying problem to push the car a couple of times during my trip because it was the only way to get it started... Second, the gas indicator went suddenly on and even after I put four gallons of gas the indicator was still on. I drove two hundred kilometers with an empty tank!!! My reasoning was that the sensor was giving a misleading read and only after I returned the car and Javier put five more gallons the indicator was functioning again. Not that nice to experience the out-of-gas feeling in the middle of a hill thinking if I am going to be able to make it to the next gas station. I gave them four stars because they were nice and always willing to hear (and probably solve this problems). Is up to the next user corroborate if that was the case...
