I would give Avis Colombia 0 stars if possible. I rented a car from them in October of 2017 and they charged me 500 to replace a flat tire that occurred after driving the car for less than one day. Such mechanical problems, where the tire explodes, shouldn't occur when the car is being driven under normal conditions. Additionally, when I returned the car they forged my signature and claimed the the rim was also damaged, conveniently allowing them to charge the full price of the retaining on my credit card in case the car was not returned. When I saw the bill on my credit card I called and sent them an email and only received a response today after more than three months of waiting, in which they essentially claimed that it was my fault, that the insurance that I had purchased didn't cover flat tires, and that I was making up the fact that they forged my signature because there is no way to prove it. I will never deal with this company again and I would recommend that others not to do business with them either.

Un poco lentos los tiempos de espera. Sin embargo el personal tiene muy buena atención al cliente, son cordiales y amables. Ese detalle hace que uno prácticamente pase por alto el hecho de haber esperado un tiempo prolongado. Lo ideal es agendar cita con anticipación de esta forma minimizan los tiempos de atención porque de esta forma alistan tu vehículo con tiempo.
Pesimo servicio, auto sucio no el modelo que pedi y sin gasolona. La persona que atendia pedima actitud y no soluciona nada. Llamando a servicio el cliente nunca me contestaron
