Great downhill mountain bike tour into the canyon. The guide I had in January 2018 was from New Zealand and she was terrific. Views of the canyon are amazing, mountain bikes are well-maintained. They even provide protective gears for elbows and knees. Highly recommended.

Chicamocha Canyon & Jordan If you like being able to just focus on the activity, and not the logistics, this is a fantastic option. All food (you won't be hungry), transportation, gear, expertise is provided by Colombian bike junkies. Just bring a good attitude. Though, you will enjoy the day much more if you have some mountain biking experience, but not required. It is definitely a serious exercise.
