Amazing experience just one thing, the stairs to and from the volcano are extremely DANGEROUS! I slipped a few times going down. If you’re someone who doesn’t have much upper body strength, that one slip will send you straight to the emergency room! Other than that, enjoy! It’s a relaxing yet scary experience. PS - You will not drown.

The tour to Playa Blanca is to Playa Tranquila. The food was bad, the mosquitos ate the food faster than us

This tour was the best. Super cheap for all that it included. Amazing free lunch & open bar. They were professional & very organized about everything. They give you options for activities also.

Late for leaving and waited 30 minutes for lunch to start.... Could have been so the beach longer. Drink pass was rum, vodka, soda... Don't purchase. Organization was very poor and vendors selling items like crazy that worked for the company. If visiting playa Blanca be prepared to spend extra on chairs, hammocks, and a locker.

The tour was fron Cartegena to.Playa Blanco and left at 130pm. This was the worst tour I have ever taken. The host was young, inexperienced and not interested in his tourists. The tour van was too small for the number of people crammed inside. Yes, there were seats for everyone but the seats were child size. The guide put us in the van on time but then we waited for 22 minutes before we left because he didnt have everything he needed to begin. He needed to get money before leaving. He kept telling us 5 more minutes. In the meantime we are sitting in a hot van with poor air circulation and no air conditioning. The air conditioner on the bus work for the front of the van only and very little reached the back. AC didnt cool the back of the van at all. We finally convinced the guide and driver to lower the front windows to get circulation. They both were completely unaware of what the condition was like in the back and argued with us when we asked to change the situation. There were 18 of us crammed in the van. When we arrived at the beach, we had to walk to the Optitour cafe. The guide led the group but walked very fast for everyone to keep up. Customers were as old as 88 in the group. Do not recommend ordering the meal with tour package. The food was not very good, there were many flies and again the guide had no idea how to be a good host. The company charged for use of the umbrella and chairs on the beach. I do not recommend and will not use in future.

We had lots of fun instead of be taking fancy tours we took this one and enjoyed little bit annoyed by the guy who takes the credit cards they overcharge people like crazy
