Called to schedule a tour. After trying multiple times to follow up, they kept answering and hanging up on me. I gave it another shot and they finally answered (in Spanish), and when i said english she said "ok, what can I do"... she could've helped me the entire time. After that, I was transferred to the guy who gave me attitude the entire time. Don't bother.
The best tourist operators in town! They have great city and countryside tours, professional service and excellent guides!!
Went to check out tours for Xmas but we booked on our own. But very nice employees.
Before we leave Columbia, just a note to congratulate Palenque tours on their choice of guides and drivers. On our two days out of Medellin we had Herman as our guide to Santa Fe Antioquia. He was both informative and interesting. He found us a restaurant for an excellent lunch and was most courteous and helpful. Unfortunately he was unwell the next day but at short notice Andrea took us on the tour to Guatape and the boat trip around the lake. Every cloud has a silver lining and in Andrea we had a superb guide. Not only did she climb El Penol rock with us but she rearranged the boar trip for the afternoon which suited everyone better. Andrea is a delight and very special. We should also mention our half day tour of the city which was very thought provoking and interesting. We thought well of your metro and cable car system We leave with fond memories of Columbia, our time in Medellin at the top of the list With many thanks, Tom and Jeannie Dykes
