The girl found our reservation, then told us she didn’t have a car for us. We waited an hour and a half while she made excuses and looked for a car for us. Then another guy came in for his car, and she had a car for him. She told us the reason was that we booked ours through Expedia and he booked his direct through Dollar, but she was lying because he told us he booked his through Orbitz. We finally left in a taxi without a car, trying to figure out different vacation plans. We are UPSET! Either Dollar screwed up (most likely) or Expedia screwed up, or both.

This company is not serious and unreliable We have booked a car for 6am at the airport We have tried to find the company at the airport during 1hour ... We called the company and it said: sorry our office is not at the airport anymore (when the website said the opposite) ... Even the confirmation mail the adress was : airport bogota ... --\u003e first lie We took a taxi ..., arrived in front of the office and have waited during 1 hour more because no one was here (The office is supposed to be open to 5 am until 10pm) --\u003e second lie When the guy arrived... no appologize (for us appologize would have been a minimum ) With 2 hours late, we didn't have time to do all of our trip. So we had to keep the car for another day. Finally our trip was very good, we are arrived at 9pm the next day at bogota. But it was impossible to let the car because the parking of the company was closed. On the website it is said that the company is open until 10pm We had to pay a night of parking in the city .. --\u003e Third lie LAST BUT NOT LEAST During the check out, everything was good with the car, no damages noticed, 10 mins after leaving, the company calls us because "there is a problem" on the car. Now the company wants 50 000 COP due to this problem... Shame on this company is To be continued...

Passant quelques jours à Bogota avec mon cousin, nous avons décidé de faire confiance à cette entreprise pour notre besoin de location de voiture. Mauvaise idée.. Nous aurions mieux fait de partir à pied. L'adresse de l'entreprise indiquée sur le site est mauvaise, nous avons du payer un taxi pour y arriver, résultat : aucune excuse de leur part. 2 heures de retard pour récupérer la voiture, nous empechant de réaliser toutes les activités prévues ce jour là. Resultat : Obligés de payer un deuxième jour de location. Impossibilité de rendre la voiture en rentrant sur Bogota en fin de soirée alors que leur site internet assurait un bureau ouvert jusqu'à 10pm. Resultat : Obligés de se reveiller tot et de revenir le lendemain matin pour la rendre. En un mot : Honteux.
