Good quality service! It’s a bit slow, because there is only one person at the counter. If time is not that important and you are lucky and nobody is in front of you, then it’s a very good experience.

The car was not ready at the time of pick-up because it had not been cleaned. This was also the case for the two individuals that were served before me. Unfortunately, the attendant was not concerned about the cleanliness of the car or the impact of not having the car would have on my vacation plans and quickly asked: "if the car isn't clean, will you refuse the rental?". She repeated this question a number of times as I struggled to find a workable solution. Refusing the car would have ruined our two-day trip and cost hundreds in hotel cancellations. She failed to offer any considerations or even seem moderately concerned. A free GPS for the trip or some other small token would have been much appreciated. Instead, we inquired about how they clean their cars, where, and how long it would take to have ours cleaned as the inside was not suitable. Thankfully, the car attendant came in and provided better customer service and explained that the car wash was down the street. When I asked him if we could be authorized to have it cleaned he replied that he could drive us there in the car. Overall, we lost about an hour and a half waiting for them to resolve the same issue with the customers before us and then going to and waiting at the car wash. I've had great experiences with AVIS every other time I've rented with them, but I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of customer service I experienced with this rental. There was no interest or attempt by the attendant to rectify the situation or compensate us for having to accept a dirty car.
It has been three months since I rented a car from here, and I still have not received the 800 hold they placed on my account, even after four phone calls to customer service. The people at the rental agency were nice, the car was also quite nice though.
Nice people but as with everything here service is incredibly slow. Also tricky to find on Google Maps It took 45 mins at the airport to do the paperwork for a pre-booked and prepaid rental.
It took 1 hour 20 minutes to collect the vehicle. Then when I returned it, they charged 40000 cop for cleaning it - it was not explained when rented that you had to get it professionally cleaned before returning. A stressful waste of time and will not rent here in future.
They cancelled my reservation without explanation and I had to rent a more expensive car... and to return ir they charge a washing fee of 15 you go to a multinational car rental to get the same service you get worldwide this is crazy! Never renting with avis again!!!
OLD CARS, HIGH MILAGE AND BAD SMELL. Me and my wife went to the location to directly rent the car. We thought the prices would be same as the ones online (for this location) but we’re higher. Asked if they would match their own price and they declined. So we made the reservation online literally in front of then to get the better price. We also got our own insurance through the website, but by doing so they want an 850 usd deposit. So we ended up getting their insurance too to avoid the big deposit. Then they offered us an upgrade and went for it. We ended up with an SUV that smelled like wet dog. We didn’t have time to get the car changed and decided to just say screw it. The suv had 45k miles and had an issue with gearing. The ac also worked poorly but regardless we couldn’t use it due to the bad smell. Service is super slow and upon the return they mention the car was dirty on the outside!!! Really? You wanna charge me for tire wear too? First and last rental I’ll ever do with Avis
This is a ZERO star review. This was the worst experience I had in many many years. This is not AVIS. These are a couple of college kids that purchased the license to use their name. Save yourself a lot of headaches and find something else. (the whole process took me 2 hours) I made a reservation with child seats, ...but they didn't have any at that location, so I had to purchase one; when I returned the car I forgot the seat on the back of the car. Not only they kept my seat after many calls, but the person who cleaned the car reported that I had a car seat and the receipt showed no charge.. for my own car seat.. so they charged my credit card...I'm still trying to get my money back (2 months and counting)
