Although it's worth the hike from Minca, be prepared for huge crowds, lots of kids peeing in the water, and a ton of trash. However, if you climb up the river you can find quiet and privacy and it gets cleaner. There is a nice 5 meter jump that a lot of people do. Water is freezing. It's a nice beautiful hike down from the road as well, passing an organic farm and forests. Lots of tourists.

Beautiful place to relax and enjoy every moment in nature!!

The water is nice and cool - a welcomed joy after a long hike. The place gets pretty crowded, though, so I didn't stay long. I think the locals use the word "waterfall" quite loosely - this is the second waterfall I checked out in two days that doesn't quite fit the bill in my mind \\_(ツ)_/ some guys were jumping into the water so I suppose it is a mini waterfall. Either way, people were having a good time hiding from the heat.

Beautiful place, the water is a bit on the cold side though.

A must see! Such a beautiful spot. So many nooks and crannies to explore and you can grab some lunch too.

When we went early in the morning around 9.30am the pools were already crowded with Colombian tourists. There were lots of buses parked at the top of the path leading to the pools and the way there takes around 20-25 minutes by foot which is quite the detour if you are planning on doing the entire Los Pinos hike. It might be better at other times but we certainly did not think it was worth the hype.

Quiet nice to go there but don’t go there on weekend. The best time is the noon. Otherwise it could be very crowded.

Nice waterfall and the water is really refreshi gly cold. There's also a few spots for jumping into the water and also more shallow spots so good for kids as well. About an hours uphill walk from the town or you can take a mototaxi. The location on Google Maps is a bit off, so if it looks like you have passed the spot on Maps just keep on walking untill you reach the falls.
