They are unprofessional and liars. They told me I could return the car on Sunday before 1. When I arrive at 12 they were CLOSED. This was a huge issue for our trip. They also said the LARGE credit card hold would be returned 5 days after the car was returned. On the 6th day I called and they said " no it's 10 days". The 11th day I called and they said " no we did not say that. It's 15 days." After 3 weeks I had to dispute the charge on my credit card to get my money back.

I rented from a different city and only returned it in Santa Marta. They kept me waiting and waiting until I nearly missed my flight. Very difficult to contact them on the phone. Very disorganised! Not recommended.

Acabou com meus planos. Aluguei um carro com 4 meses de antecedência. Tudo marcado, combinado, planejado. Cheguei na agência para pegar o carro e tinha um recado em papel pregado na porta informando que agora a agência só trabalhava a domicílios, com um número de telefone lá. Mais de 2 horas tentando e nada! Ligo e não atendem. Às vezes cai direto na caixa postal. Agora estou aqui esperando o horário de bus pra não perder minha viagem. Gastei 20 mil pesos de taxi, tempo e acabou com minhas chances de desfrutar o dia em Cartagena. Não aluguem carro nesta empresa!
