Be very careful, the owenr wants you sign a blank receipt with your personal info and credit card info on it, will also try to ask for more random fees and taxes which if yoj argue with him about he will no charge, which proves he just wants to collect extra money, very unprofessional, cars already have excessive damage and need basic maintenance, thank God I didn't go any further with the rental after he took all my info and tried to make me sign blank documents, which will make you lose your 150,000,000 pesos security deposit, be very cautious, there is alot of better, cheaper and more secure options nearby
