This is one of the worst car rental places in Medellin. First of all, the car pickup took hours and they required all the rental money in cash up front as there was no credit card processing system. It was an absolute nightmare customer service as we had no idea if we will get the car or not. The whole thing delayed our journey by more than 2 hours. Then the car itself was an absolute old junk. We rented one of the more expensive options they had but still the car we got was faulty in the gearbox and it was extremely hard to drive in hilly areas that are almost everywhere around Medellin. Then on the return, we asked them many times to confirm that we can return it at 8:00am in the morning and they confirmed it. Well, it turns out they don’t have any fixed business hours and we had to wait outside the office for one hour before someone showed up. But the final act was the most deceitful, as they told us that car was clean from inside but had some dirt under the car. The options were either to get the car washed or pay extra money. I have been renting cars across the world for more than 30 years and nothing like that ever happened to me! So if you are looking to hire a car in Medellin, please stay well clear of this company as it will turn your perfect holiday into a terrible nightmare!
