It's clean and organized. You do not have to wait

They open at 7.00am and best to make an appointment so you don't wait in line too long. I applied for the cedula de extranjeria and the process took about 15 minutes with a friendly staff member. They took my photo and finger prints and i have to return to collect the card in about 5 days. All the staff i met were polite and professional and i was out of there very quickly.

Went twice and I was told that there would be English speakers and there and there wasn't or at least anyone that helped me. I had to do my best in Spanish to get the appt done and I'm only at an A2 level. They seemed annoyed with me because I didn't speak much Spanish. I think when I spoke with someone on the phone to make the appt in English that they would have flagged it some how and made sure that there was some one actually onsite to help me. Using going translate to ask my questions is unprofessional.

So rude and unhelpful whilst offering an expensive service.

If you want to experience real disorganization, rudeness and feeling like a migration officer can do whatever he wants and not following any law, you should visit. And prepare that they try to avoid that you bring any legal assistance. One of the worst and corrupt experiences I ever made in whole Latin America. A shame, for such a beautiful country.

Seriously? In 2020 and there's not enough bilingual staff? Welcome to the country of the Sacred Heart!
