I had multiple email exchanges with Santiago Quintero of the Expat group. After getting a quick quote (which was quick), I had many questions which I asked and he answered in perfect English. He was prompt, patient, informative, and helpful. Pursuing a visa in a pandemic was challenging because of the impossibility of getting an appointment at one of the consulates in our state. Santiago could arrange an appointment for us that we could not get ourselves. I was very impressed. Our purpose for getting a visa was to open a bank account in order to buy property. When we decided we would not be buying property, there was no reason to get a visa. For that reason we did not engage the services for Expatgroup any further. If our situation changes again, I would come them in a heart beat. Based on my interactions, I would recommend them unconditionally.
