I trained for a few days with the guys at MAS sports center during my trip. I have been traveling around Colombia trying different academies and this is certainly one of the good ones. I only met polite, humble and welcoming people. There is a good mix between women and men. The professor Miguel is a black belt, very friendly and welcoming, gives good instructions and is attentive to the progression of all his students. After class there was a short gathering and everyone was given a chance to say a few words if they wanted. I could sense that the students felt a strong sense of belonging to the club! Regarding the facilities there is good air and plenty of space on the mat. It might be a little bit tricky finding the entrance as there is no big signs. Look for an entrance next to a fast food restaurant. Also, they don't always have class in the morning. Ask before going. All the best to the people at Mas! Oss

El Jiu Jitsu Brasilero que le enseñan a los niños es excelente. Yo llevo a mi hijo a entrenar los sábados y está muy feliz con la práctica de sus artes marciales. Mientras él entrena, yo aprovecho también para un acondicionamiento físico. Muy recomendado, sobre todo porque pertenecen al gran equipo mundial de De La Riva.

Además de que está muy cerca a mi casa, me gusta mucho el ambiente de solidaridad. El espacio es suficientemente amplio y el jiu jitsu es el mejor de Bogotá.
