Initially gave this place 4 stars. After my second stay here, weeks later, changed it to 1 star. On my first stay bedbugs where in one of the rooms. The second time around one of the guests changed her room, because she woke up at night and found bedbugs in her bed. The same room as before. Confronting the hostel, they said they hadn't had the problem before. Even though I know it was reported the first time I was there. They did not deal with the problem properly, leaving us tourists to spread them to other hostels!
Nice atmosphere, bed like plastic. Very noisy room. At 22.00 I asked the staff stop talking so loud. AT 23.59 I asked again and finally the stoped.
Excellent services and incredible staff. The tours that they have are amazing and they do a great job of showing the real South of Colombia!
The dorms are pretty good. A bit humid, the kitchen ia great but the common area could be more comfy to hang out. Staff is nice and helpful, I would recommend for sure
Great location, walking distance for everything! The hostel is quite cute with a coffee shop and lots of social seating areas. We liked the common kitchen and our bed was very comfortable. Good value!
Nice place to stay close to the historic center
I think it's more or less the best hostel in town, even though it's not perfect. The hostel is nice, but facilities were not very clean. The matresses make a lot of noise when you move, so I woke up a lot during the night (dorm of 4 people). The hostel is very well located and the staff was friendly. I just stayed one night there, so I was happy with my choice.
