It is a very important monument, but is a little bit neglected maybe it is because the place where is located is not very popular or tourist.
It is and alde and we'll know Cartagena landmark...
Great spot for a frosty cheap beer, waitress is speedy and you will never go thirsty
It’s a place outside of the city center of Cartagena. There are some information on a chart. It’s nice to cross by when you are going to the fort. Pass it by but not worth to go there only for that.
A touristic place in the city, you can see the sculpture and a lake
Although I thought it was bigger, the Indian Catalina Monument is close to a principal avenue, so there you can see a normal traffic day, it is close to the St. Felipe Castle, just few minutes walking so you can have an idea of the normal Cartagena on the way.
Interesting story of the character but the area is very crowded and has a lot of traffic. Can be a bit dodgy as well. It's on the way to the Castillo de San Felipe so worth having a look anyway.
