Very clean, spacious rental with a quality restaurant and pool, nicely priced about 35 mins from the main airport

Nice hotel, has a very good pool but is on level 4 so the view is not the best. Check in was very good, they have all the correct procedures regarding covid 19 which is great but the staff is not too friendly. The rooms are too small and the shower and toilet are right next to the bed which can be uncomfortable. Thanks.

No understanding or flexibility, During COVID they charged me for the stay even though the city and beaches are shut down. I decided to stay at the other Marriott since it has a private beach and this one still charged me. They also don’t answer the phone and there’s nobody to talk to. They charged me and are unavailable to discuss it. Go elsewhere.

Amazing location definitely recommend the Apartasuites right next door. And lovely food but 50 minutes to get 3 soups and another 50 minutes to get the main course for a party of 5 while being the only ones at the restaurant? Come on! NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Another 4 plus hotel if you like te european vibe. The room is fine but the toilet and shower are separated. The views are quite frankly beautiful. Go to the restaurant, give it a try you will not regret it. The tamarindo pork was delicious and so was the everything else.

Nothing but problems and issues with this hotel from the beginning. Problem number 1 I arrived with my rental car to find out that they ran out of parking spot. I was told to park across the street in a unsecured lot and that I had to pay for it.. They shouldn't be advertising free self parking if they don't have enough parking stalls for guests. Problem number 2 We were given the wrong room so another 30 minutes of ordeal, btw, none of the hotel employees speak English so I had to keep using my translator. They need to hire employees who are proficient in english because this is the tourism trade. Problem number 3 I paid extra to get a room with the balcony and the ocean view but do not get the balcony! Here is why.. this area is extremely windy, when other rooms open their balcony door the wind creates a vacuum that is very strong and NOISY! I could not sleep because of the strong wind and the noise that was occurring all night!! Other miscellaneous problems. TV signal is bad so none of the channels are viewable. Probably due to the strong winds.. But it's a wyndham hotel.. fix it! Shower stall remind me of being in a cruise ship.. You have to ask for amenities that should be in the room such as hair dryers and coffee makers.. this is where they will probably counter with the lame covid excuse.. just do your jobs! This is the longest complaint post I've ever written but we'll deserved by this hotel. Look elsewhere to spend your money!
