We went with a group about a year ago. Major infection in the beer. It’s not harmful but beer is susceptible to infections. Again it won’t harm you. It’s an off taste. This was sour notes and it was a pale ale. I suggest a better cleaning of equipment and changing the filters more often. This brewery has great potential. A
This place is amazing. Wonderful beer and an option to taste all beers on tap. The beer artist was awesome and shared his time with us to explain the process (Spanish only). We're super happy we visited and plan to come back during this trip if possible. This isn't a spot for dinner but an excellent choice for after!
