Terrible experience, UK should not outsource visas to vfs

The people at the office look helpful to me. But the VFS organisation overall has a great demand in making profit. If you have to pay USD 124,00 ONLY to get an appointment is inappropriate ! Further the system does not allow you to pick a date in the near future, so you are required to book the premium service for even more money. At the end, the Visa costs raised to USD 700,00. By the end, the goverments are in charge in respect that they outsource their visa process...will not use the service again, there are more countries to travel without paying a fortune for the visa and the application process

Appaling unprofessionalism, uneducated staff, abuse of power, lack of expertise, horrible image of the British government who work with these people. It's just absolutely sad and stressful to see people getting paid to do absolutely nothing in order to assist visitors. It's an immoral disgrace.

Buenas noches. Quisiera saber si es normal que tarden tanto en dar una respuesta? Ya que, cuando asisti a mi cita biometrica me dijeron que tardaria 25 dias. Ya tengo mes y medio y aun no me regresan los pasaportes ni me llega ningun correo? Me preocupa, gracias.

Expensive serviced, charge for every visa service even scanning. Muy mal servicio en reaepción, poco claros con la información. No hay dónde poner una queja real sobre el trato que reciben las personas. Estos centros son la primera experiencia para el viajero, por lo cual de entrada la experiencia de visitar los países a quienes representan es bastante mala. Mucho por mejorar!

Hace 1 semana recebi lá decision de mi EEA Family Permit desde UK. Porque todavia no recebi mi pasaporte o Al menos um correo indicando lá situacion de mi documento o cuanto se tardará? Yo estoy aparte de mi esposa y hijos hace 10 meses y me parece una burla esa falta de informacion y atencion. PODRIAN POR FAVOR CONTESTARME????....

Hice la solicitud del family permit, hace 15 días UK me contestó que ya habían dado una respuesta y el centro de visas me contactaria, he pagado por este servicio y hasta el día de hoy no recibo ninguna información y necesito mi pasaporte. No sé porque se demoran tanto.
