There is about a week my husband got the decision from UKVI and still at the moment we are waiting for his passport in Chile, I am in UK waiting for him and would like to know how to contact VFS Bogotá because in the landline nobody pick up my calls and there is no email for further information. I wouldn't normally leave reviews but this one had so many bad ones, I was nervous about going. The staff were polite and helpful all throughout my time there. As long as you come prepared with all the stuff that you need, you will be fine. I was in and out within about 20 minutes or so.
I have never written a review before but I went out of my way just to spread the word on how AWFUL these people are, they are anti consumer, cash grabbers and extremely unprofessional. I went there cause they lack competition and theres no other way of soliciting the visa. If you get there have your credit card ready for random quotas they are gonna DEMAND you to pay whenever they see fit, utterly disgusting company.
Worst service ever! I applied online for my parents' visa to come visit me in Canada and when they went to the biometrics appointment they were charged again! The person servicing them apparently didn't know how the online fee could be paid and didn't even care to look at the CIC letter they received as proof of payment that this was already paid. They were told they had to pay there if they wanted to get their documents processed so my dad had to pay. After they told me this, I put in an online claim and they took more than a month to resolve it only to call him and tell him they were not going to reimburse anything. The service there is not reflective of the service of the Canadian Government at all. Escalating the cases doesn't help and they take advantage of people who don't understand the process very well, like my dad. If you are going there for an appointment I advice you triple check the fees they are charging you while there and don't agree to anything until you are sure you understand!
Very rude service on arrival. Unhelpful receptionist said we must pay 300,000 COP but we only needed a photocopy & send service that costs less than 90,000. Unprofessional and very bad representation of the UK government. After a big argument they refunded the money. Avoid using VFS GLOBAL if you can.
Their website is awful and terrible service. They should be banned to provide this horrible experience
Pesimo servicio, tienen mi pasaporte hace 3 meses y nada que me lo envian, envio correo tras correo y que tomadera de pelo. Ojala Canadá no use mas esta empresa
La total falta de respeto por el cliente. Recibí un correo electrónico cancelando la toma de mis biométricos a las 10 p.m !!! para la cita del día siguiente a las 11 a.m.. Dicen que es debido a fuerza mayor. ¿Es el corte de agua en Chico para el que tenemos la información desde la semana pasada?!
