I remember waiting for a while, almost an hour, after arriving on time for my scheduled appointment because they were busy with other people, which translates to disorganized and inefficient. Plus agent was only interested in droning on about information, like a PowerPoint presentation, literally, and didn't seem interesting in really involving me in the whole process. I was interested in the Au Pair China option though I didn't really get the help I needed, after mentioning I was a beginner, agent almost literally crossed their arms indicating there is nothing they could do. It may be the stigma with Au Pair men, who knows.
