Had the pleasure of working with Cristina who helped me out with a rental. Explained everything through WhatsApp making it easy as I don’t speak Spanish and explained how everything works. The rates were great and was affordable. They were flexible with timing of return and offered some extra time to return vehicle without any penalties which I appreciated. Rented a Renault Duster and was delivered clean and with a full tank and even though their fleet is small and minor marks and damages on the car they ensure everything is marked and is communicated during the walk around which I appreciated. I would recommend to foreigners and even locals who are interested in renting a car for tourism or personal stuff. These people are great.

I had a bad experience with this company today. They told me over the phone they had a car available for me to rent, and when I arrived the woman in charge was very rude and with a very bad attitude told me they didn't have any cars available and I felt like she did not want to help me at all. I tried to use them to rent a car because I feel more comfortable with their name being in English as is my first language but after all I ended up waisted my time... beware of these people because their customer service is horrible.
I went to triple a solutions based on there ratings ,reviews and prices and everything went perfect the customer service is exceptional, everything was quick and smooth no issues at all, I rented 10 days very nice renault logan like new,triple a solutions is my go to car rental company everytime I come to medellin I definitely recommend

I will definitely rent from this company again! Great customer service and prices! I rented a Vitara ideal for going to my farm in an open route. Mi car is in great shape and very good with gasoline! Transaction was smooth with documents. A 5 start Company.
