The worst transportation system that a city can have

The transmilenio is a great transport service. It is many times much faster than taking a taxi but if it is a short distance you are better to take a taxi. There are normally many security guards there so it is fairly safe but still be careful of pickpocketers. It is clean and me and my wife use it quite often. There is an app you can download to help get around better.

Routes are ok, but the service is totally bad, how is posible the capital of a big city don’t have a nice service, they need improve the system for their people. Transmi Lenovo is dirty, full, slow, going for the cars way, it’s totally insane and plus if the weather is bad all the system collapse like hell. Don’t make any sense for me.

Almost broke my ankle boarding one of their buses today. Sitp Drivers have absolutely no regard for passengers' safety. Trying to call and make a complaint but offices are closed today. I can't even leave a message because the voicemail box is full. Absolutely untenable.

Difficult to understand its routes. There is an app in English, but still have to be vigilant. Also careful with pickpockets!
