Take care with these guys. They're all friendly at first and insist on not needing a contract, But then afterwards they'll suddenly insist they'll get all nasty and say that the apartment was in perfect condition and that it was your fault that there was no inventory - very very unprofessional and somewhat criminal by my opinion. After a few weeks we got most of our deposit back but had we not repeatedly emailed them I'm sure they would have kept all of it....
