The thermal pools are fantastic especially at night. The climate was perfect....warm by day fresh at night, perfect for the pools. The food was excellent and in general the place was of a good quality. Rooms are basic but good enough....bed was very comfortable and shower was excellent.....we had a cabaña in a really beautiful setting. The gardens are amazing and the views of the surrounding mountains are just perfect. We will definitely go back....

It’s a great place to get relaxed, the hotel is a little away from the city, you have a Thermal water produced for volcano activity, the water contains sulfur so you can’t swim or open your eyes in the water but it has a lot medicinal advantages for your skin and your body, the water is perfect for the Manizales weather that is cold specifically around the hotel zone. Also they have a pretty good food, desserts and liquors that I really like it.

Great infrastructure. My favorite was that if you stay in a cabin you get your private hot spring tub in your own patio. Lovely!!!

A lovely hotel with attentive staff, comfortable cabin, a choice of hot pools (including a secluded, private pool next to the cabin) and a well stocked breakfast bar in the morning. Tropical fruit, a variety of breads and typical local breakfast foods are available, along with cold cereal for those that prefer it. Unlike other hot springs we've visited in the region, the music played was at a low level and easy on the ear, setting a more relaxing mood.

Great place to come on family vacations, infrastructure is beatiful, pleny of activities, sights and restaurant to eat good food, but for me the most important part is the water do not have that nasty odor, clean super hot and great pools, common pools and private pools!!!!!

Very relaxing in hot volcano water. It is too small for swimming and the acid burns a bit in the eyes, but very nice to relax, especially during evening. In the bigger piscina are 2 water pipes delivering hot volcano water. Probably full of some sulfuric. To balance out the hot water there are 2 cool refreshing showers. You want a romantic relaxing evening, this is a nice place to go. And if you are getting bored, the wifi is really fast! And works very reliable :) 1 star less because of slow service. All other parts are really nice. And all well dressed.
