Food is very good, price is on the edge between fair and overpriced, service is slightly disappointing for a place as high-end as this one is supposed to be. I tried makis, not the suggested combos because the combinations include the most traditional and simple ones, but a selection of three of those a little more elaborated. First was the Spider Roll, already seen in other places, crab and avocado being the main ingredients; the bridge between the classics and new experiences, comes with a few drops of teriyaki sauce that feel pretty on point to match the Japanese mayonnaise. Second, King Roll, a roll made with tempura vegetables, topped after cutting with dynamite sauce, crab stick sauce, and Panko-covered shrimp; the final size of the bite is kind of big because of the sauce and the shrimp being on top of a regular sized maki, but the flavor is awesome. Third and final, Super Dragon Roll, chopped prawns and cream cheese inside, avocado and eel outside, eel sauce and crab stick sauce all over; not that easy to handle given the eel outside being just there and not actually part of the structure of the roll, but the flavor is great and the mix of the two sauces it comes with is a powerful combination

I ordered a salmon and 2 sushi rolls but the the quality doesn’t match the price. I’m not expecting top shelf quality but there is no way this is worth the price I paid (adjusted for local standards) and I’m shocked they get 4-5 stars? I would not recommend and am disappointed by the quality. They are over charging Colombians for the kind of quality you would get at the lowest level of sushi restaurants in many American cities. But Rappi service was great!
