An excellent repository of native and brought in plants are in the gardens. The tour was excellent and this is a must visit place. This may not be in your to do list in the island, however this is an excellent place to learn about the botanical history of the island. The view from the mirador is a must to see as well. The place can get very hot, hence don't forget your water. Watch out for the iguanas that could come out in your way.

A nice place to take a walk and learn about the flora and fauna on and around the island. The walkways are nice and the view from the tower is amazing. Would highly recommend.

Among things to do in San Andrés the visit to this botanical garden is a must for those who love nature. Entrance is just USD 1 and includes walking the place with a guide. There is an observation point to see the 7 colors of San Andres sea.
