We had a really nice dinner at Shakshuka this evening. The food was very delicious and the location is cozy. The service was fast and really friendly.

This place is absolutely overrated. Our food wasn't great and our natural lemonades were extremely sour. We tried adding Sprite to our drinks, twice, to help but it tasted horrible nonetheless. In the end we told them nicely that we wouldn't pay for the lemonades as we couldn't drink them. Then the owner came to speak to us and we explained to him the situation. Surprisingly, the conversation became very tensed, he told us we were just rude young travellers that didn't know the value of money and couldn't appreciate his natural lemonade, which he mentioned includes 2 complete lemons per cup!! No wonder it was sour! Anyways, we told him we didn't deserve the personal attacks for refusing to pay for something we literally couldn't drink. In conclusion if you go there, definitely don't take a "natural lemonade", better yet go somewhere else.

Went two nights in a row. Friendly staff and good food for cheap prices (around 15000 for a decent plate), always left satisfied. Recommended!

I am already prepared for the aggressive response of the owner. This place is absolutly one of the worst food experiences I have had in Colombia. The place itself is actually pretty cute, but the food is a pure desaster. The whole restaurant smells heavily from old oil. The hummus/falafel/Schnitzel plate I ordered came reasonably fast. The Schnitzel sticks were burnt and completeley dry. The falafel was burnt as well and had hard cheekpees inside which made it uneatable. The hummus was watery. The salad was however fresh. The plate smelled unpleasant like burnt oil, and the taste was not good. My friend who ate more than I did, complained later about stomach ache. I am born in Israel and can say with high confidence that this has nothing to do with Israeli food. I find the idea of offering this kitchen in Salento actually very positive and I encourage this restaurant to improve. Improvement starts with dealing with critic in a mature way.

Small restaurant but cozy. The traditional Shakshuka dish was so good and the falafel and hummous always was real tasty! Homemade hommous and falafel too! The natural lemonade is healthy and refreshing.
