The treatment I received each time I visits Ed was top notch and the woman who attended me helped me pick the best dress for my needs and my body. I wouldn’t have even sound my dress without her. Everyone I talked to at the store were excellent, professional and nice. I highly recommend!

I felt disgusted by how they misled me in wasting my time and tricking me of my money because when they said to book an appointment with them and never mentioned that it cost money to book an appointment in the first place. So when the first thing is that your asked for money before they show you anything was such a downer and then they keep on saying they don't have anything but just one material was like I paid them to give me bad news. They ask you for refreshments but they never arrive. One of my friend wants to use the bathroom but was never shown one. They kept telling me that don't have anything right now therefore book another appointment. 30,000 pesos for 30 mins and just show 3 dresses to try on so why they book an appointment in the first place and never mention the hidden cost.
Te hacen pedir cita por anticipación, te cobran 30 mil pesos por la asesoría y te dicen que pre selecciones vestidos que veas en la página web para facilitar y aprovechar al máximo la asesoría. Cuando llegué era un lugar poco aseado, me atendió una persona de nombre Victoria, me cobró el dinero de la asesoría y me tomó los datos de forma odiosa. No tenían disponible NINGÚN modelo de la página que yo pre seleccioné, tienen los vestidos colgados, sucios que parecen usados. No hay casi inventario ni opciones pero LO PEOR de este lugar fue la TERRIBLE y pobre atención con el cliente, no solo no recibí ninguna asesoría sino que Victoria fue grosera conmigo. Pésimo lugar, al final tuve que pedir que me devolvieran el dinero de la dichosa "asesoría".
Pésima atención, no hay inventario y no obstante la visita es con una cita previa para lo cual hacen varias preguntas, no hay absolutamente nada preparado para facilitar la selección. Cero asesoría, cero interés por el cliente. Fue mi primera y mi última visita al lugar.
No tienen casi inventario ni modelos disponibles para medirse. Es muy difícil escoger un vestido con tan pocas opciones y cuando de ciertos estilos no tienen ni siquiera un modelo. Además cobran 30.000 pesos por la cita, en la cual la asesoría es muy pobre, no ofrecen ni agua y no vale la pena. En Pronovias no cobran por la cita y la asesoría es mil veces mejor con muchísimas más opciones.
Me encantó todo muy bien decorado hermoso Yo fuy a comprar mi vestido de 1 comunión Y muy amables y todos los vestidos hermososme encanto fue una experiencia muy bonita y aunque tengo 9 1/2 fue muy hermoso muchas gracias. En especial a mi asesora diana gracias
