My experience booking a boat with nauty360 was very pleasant. At first when choosing between the boats they have on offer, they were communicative and helped me select which boat. Even after that, their online system was pretty forgiving in allowing me to book one boat, cancel it immediately, and book another, without having to get on the phone with anyone to get a refund. The boat itself (Sky) was very nice. There was a bathroom and plenty of space for our party of 8. Two staff members were with us and we're very personal and attentive. They poured our drinks, helped take pics, and disposed of all our trash at the end. This was truly one of my favorite experiences of my life. It was incredible. I will say the trip back from the islands is not for the feint of heart. The water gets rough as the tide is coming in and there was some serious wave jumping. I loved every second of it, others did not.
I wanted to spend my 40th birthday on the water and Nauty360 made it a smooth, enjoyable and memorable experience for me. The boat was beautiful and very clean. The captain and staff were extremely nice and accommodating to my group. From beginning to end, we enjoyed working with them and would recommend them to anyone looking to do a boat rental.
