Wow, so disappointed! Bike was okay and I did 8 km to reach the National Museum of Bogotay and when I wanted to leave the bike it said: out of the zone, you have to pay the fee of 50 000! Then I checked the map and realized that I have to go back like 2 km to leave the bike without a penalty fee! Incredible! Keep in mind that Muvo covers only the north part of Bogotá. Plus, they charge you 1500 to unlock a bike, 250 cop per minute and 10 percent IVA. So it is super expensive to use it

Awful. Stations are impossible to find. One station literally disappeared when I was trying to find it and I couldn't close my ride until I had to go back and move it to another station. This was a station that I picked up a bike from a day earlier. Two bikes (out of the six or so total rides I made) were not functional.

En un descuido se llevaron la bici muvo que tenía mi hija y no hemos podido desconectar ni finalizar el viaje. Hemos llamado sin éxito, escrito al WhatsApp, enviamos correo y no tenemos asistencia para conocer que hacer. Agradezco la respuesta.

Es el viaje al aeropuerto más caro que he pagado... ¡y en bicicleta! Me cobraron 50.000 por el viaje. A falta de respuesta, desinstalaré la aplicación y enviaré mi denuncia ante la SIC, pues no se avisa al cliente de ninguna multa y de las limitaciones de la aplicación ni las bicicletas. Además el servicio al cliente es muy pobre. Gracias por nada.

Las bicicletas muy buenas! La aplicación un poco lenta para abrir los candados!....la mayoría de las bicis no tienen luces!!. Igual las recomiendo!!

No he podido cerrar la sesión la bici se quedó si batería y está bloqueada el tiempo corre y me sigue cobrando dinero por favor necesito ayuda y devolución de mi dinero
