Mega Storage -and especially Alejandra Galeano- went above and beyond in a time as difficult and as stressful for my parents, as moving amidst Covid-19 on a very limited timeframe. She and her whole team, were extremely helpful, ultra diligent and fast in arranging everything they needed to have everything sorted within a day. I have no words to express my gratitude to Mega Storage for being able to do everything I could not physically do because of the pandemic and travel restrictions. I highly recommend their services, their storage facilities and their overall offered experiences with storage. Thank you again for your impeccable job, Mega Storage. And to all those reading this review, if you need to store your home, office, hobbies, or simply anything you can't manage to safely store in your property, Mega Storage offers a very complete set of plans and storage alternatives for your most valued items. Excellent place to store your goods. Super clean, reasonably priced and great service, especially by Señor Luis ( the security person). He was very helpful and kind everytime I went there. I highly recommend this place

Great service from the staff there, they helped me store my things while I was out of the country and made everything very seamless. Easy communication with English speaking staff member Alejandra, and everyone was super kind. Great price and service, highly recommend.
This site does not put their prices online, as they prefer to be in touch with the client in order to sell them stuff. Very inconvenient as it takes about half an hour chatting before they will share their prices. That's no way of doing business while respecting the time of your customers. The price they shared with me: a 3m2 bodega costs 169.000 COP per month. It's even worse that the manager does not accept any comments, they just keep on telling me this is the best way to service the client.
