Skymotion was a lifesaver— I needed a drone battery and while they didn’t have one is stock they took every possible method to make sure I was able to be up and running. As an English speaker they are the best place to grab a drone.

While travelling Colombia the gimbal engine of my DJI gave an error (a broken flex cable). After contacting Sky Motion I got fast an answer in English and decided to visit them. A great welcome and after 2 hours my drone was fixed! Affordable, fast and support in English so highly recommended also for travellers.

Sky Motion was very helpful and quick to respond. I was able to communicate with them via WhatsApp and ordered my drone. I also liked how quick I received my drone being that I live far away. I chose Sky Motion because they actually are a legitimate authorized DJI dealer (as listed on the DJI website). Many other sellers claim to be an authorized dealer and are not listed on the DJI website.

Me cobraron 100ml por arreglar control de phanton 4 pro que no cargaba y siguió malo, vuelvo a llevarlo y dicen que es la board la mala y vale 750ml el arreglo, me pareció demasiado costoso y lo lleve a Monterrey y me lo cuadraron por 250ml. El número de orden que me dieron es la 2740.

Servicio excelente! Tuve un accidente con mi drone y lo arreglaron rapidísimo! Es la mejor tienda en Medellín (Colombia?) para todos los productos de DJI porque son autorizados de la empresa y tienen un contacto muy bueno con la oficina principal en China. También los técnicos son enseñados allá para ofrecer el servicio como original. Muy buena atención al cliente. Estoy muy contento y puedo recomendarlo sin dudas.
