It was a good tour, the boat road around the lake was cool. The view from the top of Peñol rock was amazing. The visit to the colorful town of Guatape was well worth. I really recommend this tour.

Well timed tour to Guatape with good breakfast and lunch. Includes pickup in Laureles. Comfortable bus and many stops that I would not have been able to do on my own!

El Penol and Guatape tour is brilliant! Informative, interesting, fun and lots of variety in the day. Great food too! Our guide Jessica was amazing, fun and perfect English. We got picked up at the time specified in the morning, all staff were brilliant. Nothing to fault in this tour at all. Just brilliant and excellent value for money!

My experience is that this is not a reliable company - our night Chiva tour of Medellín was cancelled without notice. This morning our hotel called this agency to book 2 of us into a night-lights Chiva tour of Medellin for this evening. I thought at the time that the deposit seemed low (5,000 COP pp, in a value of 25,000 COP tour). We were asked to be ready in the lobby at 7 pm. About 7:15 pm, the hotel front desk staffer calls us over to say that the tour was cancelled. It is our last night in town and we are bitterly dissapointed. Had the company indicated the tour was uncertain or called earlier we might have booked with another agency. I would not recommend Sercoltur.

Espectacular! Muy organizados, atentos y sobretodo, sin problemas. Muy buena empresa para concertar pequeños viajes por la ciudad. El precio acorde a las actividades; 79.000 pesos para ir a GUATAPE. Todo el día. Adjunto actividad!
