I paid a lot of money and they did not do what I wanted, left me with orange hair..hairdresser did not listen to a word I said! I said golden highlights and I got reddish/orange....when asked to fix they didn’t really try to make sure I was happy with results and left toner way too long so I lost the highlights . Once I paid of course the attention and service all changed. Wasted my money, paid a lot of money and didn’t get the results I wished for. I would not recommend. I wish I went somewhere and did not pay all the money I paid for NO highlights and orange/red hair I hate! NOT RECOMMEND.

Why even bother! Making a appointment when I have to wait for a hour for the stylist to be ready to even look at my hair and tell me that he is not welling to do what I came from miles for, of course if you bleach a hair it’s going to dry the hair out but for the love of god! The offer a service that you know you can’t even do, honestly waste of time and with so many other salons here in Medellin. Honestly don’t even bother doing a test when you just don’t want to do what I am welling to pay for, while sitting waiting for my stylist there was in other girl waiting and her stylist comes and tells her hey I am going to eat breakfast then I will be with you it’s 10:30am this poor lady has been sitting her for 2 hours \u200d️

Muy buenos profesionales, quede muy a gusto; excelente atención. Precios altos, pero, vas a la fija y con el cabello no se juega.
El día de hoy asistí a una cita para realizarme un cambio de color, aparte de que el servicio no fue el mejor, no fueron claros con el precio; dañaron mi camisa y negaron su responsabilidad. Viaje a Colombia y aproveche para realizarme este procedimiento y me encuentre con un mala experiencia. Es muy evidente la falta de actitud y de profesionalismo. Me siento decepcionada ya que por redes este lugar se ve como uno de los mejores de Medellin y no fue así.
