I really enjoyed. It's a whole day program! It's so peaceful, clean, full of nature everywhere and safe! And also, you can buy a lots of crafts, food and drinks. You can have a horse back ride for a little money. I didn't do this time, they were all rented. You can walk some areas by yourself or go with a guide in the forest.

Area is definitely a green haven on the outskirts of Medellin but pricey for the cable car ride from santo Domingo (5,550 COP as of may 2018). Once you get there is poorly organized in terms of lack of information about walking tracks and things to visit in the area

Great view during metrocable trip.

Beautiful but poorly organized. No trail map!!! They suggest walking along the road! There is so much opportunity for improvement here it is embarrassing. Note beyond the metro ticket, they charge additional 5,200 each way per person for last leg of metro cable.

You can get a metro and cable car ticket, then pay extra for the last cable car, which is mainly for tourists. It's worth a trip to the end. Not a huge amount to do, few walks and some souvenirs shops, small restaurants.
