HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE. Went in for a full Bikini wax and the girl had no experience what so ever. It took her an hour n half to finish. Never in my life has a wax taken this long. Pieces of hair were left and burned me several times.

Akzara is an aesthetically pleasing environment. The staff is friendly . The music was loud at first but soon request the therapist turned it down and everything was tranquill after that. I will visit again

Great couples massage well trained staff, loved the hot oil and molten Colombian chocolate, then being left alone in the big spa with snacks. Can't remember the cost but very reasonable.

Tried the 3 hour romantic option . First hour was facial , room was not thematic and felt like a torture chamber with white walls and discolored cieling ,no music and when they cleared your face was pretty painful o wait i guess it was thematic after all lol. 2nd hour went to another room for the massage egyptian setting and wasnt bad at all . Last hour we were put into a jacuzzi left alone which is fun with your partner .was also given food which was very good . Over all place is good to go for some relaxation and fun in the jacuzzi if you know what i mean .just wish there was a player to put your own music in the jacuzzi and facial room . Staff was great and all that for around 160 us dollars.

Awesome 3 hour treatment included a facial, massage, exfoliating scrub, jacuzzi and a snack. So relaxing!

Massage was great literally a full body massage.. clean and staff was nice and professional deff a must when you are in columbia
