They did not let me wash my hands in the bathroom to buy a ticket. My hands are sensitive to the alcohol unfortunately.

I think this is the best value cinema I've ever been. With 15.200 peso you have a huge chair adjustable like in a first class area on the plane. The space between rows are big as well so you don't have to worry to accidentally kick someone in front of you or someone kick at the back of your chair while watching. They also design the chair position so that even the person sit in front of you are tall, they don't get in the way/cover your vision. I bought a combo and the popcorn was nice and crispy with 3 options: salty, sweet or combined. I saw some people ordered the food and the waiters delivered at their chair right before the movie started! It's really a five star service for me.
The sound needs to be better. At some points there's a background boise like a broken radio.
In pandemic it is not a good place. There is not enough places to buy tickets and snacks. You spend lots of time buying those. If you can, buy those via internet, and claims that when you arrive.
Hard to buy anything, poor management of concession stand. Covy fail, no one working, long line, bought nothing.
The ticket prices are good but the food at the food truck in the cinema is better and you do not have to buy a movie ticket in order to eat.
Very crowded, does not manage all the space they have to distance people in line
