I joined about a year ago. The staff here are very friendly and wonderful! The maintenance of the facility is on the other hand not the best - when I joined, everything was in working condition. However over this past year, there’s a lot more equipment and locker room issues. For example, on my last visit, nearly half the sinks were out of order in the women’s locker room, and I had to try 4 different eliptical machines before getting one with a functioning TV screen. I mean, at the end of the day it’s no biggie and I get my workout done. But you’d expect a wealthy chain gym like bodytech to have better maintenance of the place. Especially because they did so at the beginning of my membership.
