I love coming here... every time! I enjoy all the options available, the different hours, the teachers, and even the ginger tea they give us after each session. I find the app very useful and the people who work the front desk are kind and helpful. You can also indulge in a little shopping and stock up on all your yoga and wellness needs.
I started at 108 Yoga when I was feeling a bit out of shape and run down. I made a lot of progress here and will return when I am back in Medellin.
One of the best places I have ever had a yoga class in. Instructors are super knowledgeable and knew how to correct my positions perfectly. I would move to Medellin in a heartbeat just to go there everyday.
Note that it be can hard to find the entrance. The entrance is on calle sur #5.Clean, quiet, and wonderful studio. Classes for 1-3 levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Andrea the owner speaks a bit if english.
