Wow, this bike shop is great! We were helped by Scarlett whom speaks excellent English! The price for the day was unbeatable! Also the whole staff was super great on teaching us and showing us how to use the bike. Scarlett went above and beyond on helping me return my bike as I was not able to operate a manual bike with zero bike experience. I have recommended this place to my friends and family. Thank you and we will be back!
It was very easy to find this place and Ale was very helpful in getting us two motorcycles for rent. They speak english & Spanish and gave us all the information we need. Anytime we visit again Medellin Scooter Rental is The place to rent scooters & motorcycles

Loved this place! Great service and they speak English which is very useful for travelers. They made it easy to add more days onto my rental and we’re flexible in general. I look forward to doing one of their Moto tours. As well.
Terrible company that requires a “deposit” that they don’t return. Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Don’t waste your money.

Five star experience from Medellin Scooter Rentals! The owner was so sweet and spoke beautifully in both English and Spanish. They’re experience is very easy to follow and super updated with COVID guidelines and an iPad to watch the safety and info video, sign the waiver, and submit ID. Really high tech. They have a video to watch explaining the whole process and what to expect. And their website conveniently outlines popular roads and land marks! And the owner even made sure the routes do not include the tunnel that is off limits to motos. We felt very safe and were excited to be more mobile on our journey to Medellin. I recommend going early because the rental is the same price all day until 6pm. But if you’re late, just keep it til the next day and you will be charged a fee but it isn’t more than the day’s charge. Highly recommended!!!
