Bad experience. If you can use any other travel agency I recommend it. This all started before our trip. We booked them to go to "Isla palma" and my gf was having problems getting information out of them about the trip. They only wanted to book us and not let us know info about the place. That should have been a warning sign but we went any way. They told us they would come at 6:30 am and they call at 5:45 am rushing us out the door. The guy had an attitude the entire time. When we finally get there. He does not help us at all. He tells us that we need to get our own towels and welcome drink but he went and got those things for others. He left us an open tab with the bar that we did not ask for. And at the end they said they were looking for us and we were sitting the boat the entire time. They spoke to everyone except for us. We did not feel welcomed at all. She tried to call us to go on a other tour and we hung up the phone. Do not use them if you have another option use that.

Really great experience. Jorge aellos was our guide and he was very knowledgeable of the area. The boat was super nice and he took us to a really nice location. Highly recommended you will not be disappointed.

Howard gave us a great deal and his brother was a fantastic guide on our tour to Mucura. We ended up booking all our tours and activities with him. Would definitely book with him if I was ever in Cartagena again!

Very bad organization! We were sold the vip area of playa tranquila with the plankton tour. First off, they said we wouldnt have any annoying vendors in our area, that was a lie. Second, we were told we'd have a bed to lay on, that was a lie. We were told we would be at that beach until the plankton tour, yet another lie. We were moved from playa tranquila to the regular cheap playa blanca 3 hours before the plankton tour. My tour guide was nowhere to be seen so i had to constantly be asking local workers what the plans were. The welcoming cocktail they promised was a 4 oz shot of fruit juice with a little alcohol. My vegetarian dish's main meal was fried onions mixed with bell peppers (thats not a meal lol). I remember being promised a photo with the plankton, which again was lied about. If you still dare to get this fiasco tour service, make sure you get everything in writing. Also pricing is a free for all. They charge you what they think they can get out of you. i heard of some paying 100k pesos for a tour, all the way to 240k pesos for the same stupid "tour". Again, make sure you get it all in writing.

our experience with Marina Tour Cartagena was Amazing!!! Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Me and my family went on a Tour to playa tranquila Baru. We were picked up by a bus at the door of our hotel, which took us to Baru Island in around 45 minutes. Then at playa blanca public beaches, were picked up by a boat that took us to Playa tranquila, were a welcoming cocktail was awaiting, along with very comfortable beach beds , umbrellas or chairs. The typical lunch was included ( fish- coconut rice-plantains -salad-lemonade ) it was delicious!!! The beach was very clean, crystal clear waters and only a few natives selling artesanal items. At around 3:00 pm you are to be picked up by the boat that takes you back to the public beaches of Playa Blanca and therefore to the bus that will take you back to Cartagena and then your respective hotel. Additional tours are offered at Baru for an extra fee. We purchase snorkeling at Playa tortuga, and we were blown away by the instructors charisma and professionalism. We were able to see beautiful fishes, iguanas and even a bridle sea star. We would like to thank the people from Marina Tour for your hard work and bringing to our experience unforgettable memories.
