This hostel is absolutely incredible. We booked for three nights in a private room and extended for two more. The rooms are so nice and beds are so comfortable. The rooms are cleaned daily and the cleaners even folded our clothes. All the staff are incredible and the breakfast is great. I have to give a special mention to Andreas who was so helpful. I was working remotely and he would bring you coffee and always ensure you had everything you needed. At night he would make you tea and bring marshmallows to roast on the fire. If you need an place to stay in Salento look no further than Mahalo.

What a place!!!! I don't write reviews but this was a must!! A super cute small hostel run by the most amazing attentive staff! Andreas was absolutely incredible, would bend over backwards to help and get you anything you need! Honestly cannot get over the service and attention to detail from this place. Free breakfast is fab, hot nice showers, beds were super comfy and private room were super reasonably priced. Free WiFi with a fairly strong connection (enough to work remotely for a few days). And also the cleaners were amazing the rooms were absolutely spotless and went the extra mile every single day without fail!
Incredible staff ! Incredible service! Incredible location! The staff are always there to help you with anything you need with plenty of free coffee to boot! Andreas was the most helpful staff member I have ever dealt with in a hostel and definitely deserves a special mention. There is space to work, good WiFi and an awesome view of the mountains. The beds are super comfy, the showers are hot and the breakfasts are awesome ( and free !) The cleaning staff are superb and incredibly attentive. They folded all our clothes and neatened up the room for us ! I've never written a review for a hostel, but this one needs a special mention! Thanks to everyone at team mahalo, Lewis and Nicola :)
