Worse bus company iv ever used. Advertised direct ticket. Ended up being two different buses and two taxis with hours and hours of waiting inbetween. Was drove pass the border without getting passport stamped, had to walk back and forward by myself with my big luggage. Avoid! 27hours in total for a 10hour drive. Horrible experience

We used this company to get from Quito to Cali and it’s organisation was a complete shambles from start to finish. From the agent in Quito who made mistakes on the handwritten ticket to the 5 hours we spent effectively stuck at the Colombian border. We departed Quito at 5:30 and should have arrived in Cali at 20:00. We instead arrived at 6:30 the next day. 25 hours of travelling. We were given incorrect or no information at all whilst waiting at the border, initially told that we would be put on a bus at 3pm. At 3:15pm they told us it would now be 6pm as the bus was full. There was no explanation how it could be full when we’d bought our tickets the previous day and already been sat at their office for 2 hours. Even the 6pm bus was a mad rush as they left it until the last possible moment to go to the terminal, we arrived there after that bus’s scheduled departure time. The staff were unhelpful, the organisation a mess and the office disgusting. There were at one stage about 40 people waiting there with toilets that didn’t flush. If I did this again I would just get a bus to the border then a taxi to the bus terminal and buy a ticket there. Avoid this company if at all possible.

Excelente servicio. Me gustó mucho el acompañamiento que me brindaron durante todo el viaje, todo el personal fue muy amable. Esta es la única empresa que ofrece alimentación a los pasajeros.
