Had al of our duvets and comforters washed with this service. They have really fabulous communication (they even give you a TIME for delivery not... a 12 hour window)- everything was picked up on schedule, the man getting everything verified the material of each blanket, brand, everything... all was delivered on time and in impeccable condition. I will be washing everything with them. I feel like our bedrooms are brand new!
